About family companies (a term used in industry-academy cooperation)
- A win-win system, with partnership-based programs between schools and industrial corporations.
- Policies of family companies: A customized industry-academy cooperation system by which industrial corporations and schools are connected and affiliated, and students (enrolled students and graduates) participate in research at industrial corporations, sharing manpower and physical resources to improve the competitiveness of both industrial corporations and schools.
- Schools provide advanced manpower, facilities, and equipment and are also available to connect with employment at family companies for graduates while organizing the academic curriculum (the establishment of a consumer-based education system) according to the demands of family companies.
- Industrial corporations supplement previously insufficient R&D capacity through co-development of technology with schools and acquire outstanding manpower in advance → An open connection model of mutually acquired resources, including technology information and manpower, in the field of education and research.
