An enrolled student should have no history of suspension or eviction from a dorm.

Follow separate criteria (announce at dorm’s homepage when selecting)
- Period of use
- Six months (one semester)
- 2 months (freshmen) - applicants are eligible for discounted dorm fees for one month
- Prohibited items when entering
Cooking utensils (including coffee makers), heat-producing items (hair dryer, charger, computer equipment and stands)
- Period for leaving a room
In principle, a student should leave a room after the move-in period is over.
Those who want to leave in the middle of the move-in period should prepare the proper document 10 days earlier and submit it to the administrative department.
A refund of dorm fees when leaving the room in the middle of the period is allowed only for those hospitalized for more than a week, those getting medical treatment for two weeks, or those securing early employment.
※ If a student leaves his or her room without a valid reason reported in advance, he or she cannot re-enter a dorm for one year.
- Procedures of leaving a room
Clean the room when leaving and return the key card after the facilities and equipment are inspected.

※ Eviction: if a student breaks dorm and/or school rules
(An eviction might restrict access to the room in the next semester, and the remaining dorm fees will be returned minus one month’s rent due to opportunity loss.
