Seoul Institute of the Arts is advancing toward “Globalization and Educational Specialization,” grounded in its founding philosophy and the Five Vision Indicators.
College Charter (3. Development Plan & Specialization Plan)
Establishing the national artistic spirit and tradition as core content in creative education, the institution aims to produce artistic masterpieces and pursue future-oriented academic models. This is achieved by utilizing the convergence of art, science, and technology as key elements in a globalized educational framework.
Globalization
To broaden access to culture and the arts on a global scale through artistic creation and to ensure the global relevance of art education, the college is creating an international education and creative environment. Through globally integrated creative and educational programs, it aims to nurture “creative global convergence artists.”
Education Specialization
All majors are centered on the arts, with a strong focus on connection, circulation, integration, creation, and practical application. The institution promotes the development of new creative formats (“New Form Arts”) by merging art with science and technology, and supports convergence initiatives in ATB (Art–Technology–Business).
