Accord with industry environment & changes of training policy

To respond effectively to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the evolving environment of the cultural and arts industries, as well as to align with national innovation plans for talent development, it is necessary to implement innovation in creative and convergent curricula, establish future-oriented educational environments, enhance learning capabilities and career development, and strengthen employment and entrepreneurship support in line with the educational goals and talent model of the college.

Connection with development plan strategy

Among the five strategic directions in the mid- to long-term development plan, the strategies to ‘improve the quality of arts education’ and ‘strengthen convergence creative capabilities’ are directly linked to the corresponding strategic tasks and implementation plans. These connections guide the formulation of educational innovation strategies and program initiatives.

Goals and Task

To achieve the objectives of the Innovation Support Project, the goal of the education innovation domain is to ensure the quality of convergence-based creation and education by establishing a platform grounded in PACS (Professional Arts Creation Capacity System). This goal is supported by three main initiatives and 17 detailed programs.

Connected direction of programs in field

The key initiatives and detailed programs are structured to interconnect organically under the following framework: Creative Curriculum and Academic System – Future-Oriented Education Environment – Non-Curricular Programs (Career, Employment, Entrepreneurship, etc.), thereby promoting the overall goal of education innovation through PACS-based convergent creative education.
