Greetings,
1962, Dongrang Yoo Chi Jin had made the base of Seoul Institute of the Arts by establishing the Korea Theatre Lab and Drama Center in Namsan. Following his will, Yoo Duk Hyung, the Honorary Chairman of the board made Educational and Institutional guidelines considering two main topics, Creative Station and Art Education. Since then, the real “Art Education” started from Korea, and after 50 years we stretch ourselves as a prestigious art school.
Now Seoul Institute of the Arts is preparing for a new step forward for the future era.
Recently, as Korean content has been in the spotlight around the world, not only Korea but also the whole world is paying attention to Seoul Institute of the Arts, which has produced numerous artists and creations.
Seoul Institute of the Arts, will not settle for the past glories, continuously find NEW FORM ARTS which suits new circumstances and future generations.
We will grow our legitimacy and identity of Art based on our genuine history and tradition, and work harder to become a future-looking Arts.
We will always look back on ourselves and ask ourselves so that the unique art creation and education system created by Seoul Institute of the Arts can deepen its internal affairs and expand its extension, and make sure that we are all coming together
