Respectful Treatment of Donors

Regular updates via academic journals, newsletters, and promotional materials. Donation receipts issued each January for tax deduction benefits. Donors exceeding a certain amount will receive an official Certificate of Appreciation (Plaque) in the name of the college president.

Types of Donations and Tax Benefits

Individual Donations (Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Organizations)
Eligible for full tax deduction within annual income limits.
(Article 34 of the Income Tax Act / Articles 76 and 88 of the Restriction of Special Taxation Act)
Corporate Donations (Corporations, Incorporated Associations)
Deductible up to 50% of the corporation’s current fiscal year income.
(Article 24 of the Corporate Tax Act)
Donation of Inherited Property
Full exemption from inheritance tax when a donation is made by bequest, private arrangement, or heir donation within 6 months of inheritance commencement.
